Supervision for Police Officers in Hesse: Formation of a pool of supervisors in 7 regional lots for the Hesse-wide implementation of supervision services. Services include team/group supervision and individual supervision, primarily in team/group sessions, generally in person. The aim is to prevent psychological stress and enable coping with job-related demands for over 20,000 employees of the Hessian police, HöMS, LfV, and HMdI. These are freelance services. The service is expected to start on 01.01.2027 and end on 31.12.2030. The framework agreement can be terminated with four weeks' notice to the 15th of a month or month-end. The estimated total contract value is 300,000 Euro gross per contract year and 1,200,000 Euro gross for the maximum contract duration, without guarantee of minimum order volume or exclusivity.
