Supervision services for the Târgu Mureș – Târgu Neamț Highway, Section II (Miercurea Nirajului – Leghin, km 22+000 – km 181+195), Lot 2c (Pipirig – Vânători Neamț (Leghin)): Monitoring of the design and execution phases, as well as the warranty period, to ensure correct use of available funds and contractual compliance regarding duration, quantity, quality, and cost of design and works. The contract allows for potential modifications, including adjustments to contracting parties, additional studies or expertise, implementation of third-party requirements (e.g., ministries, authorities), legislative or technical standard changes, the inclusion or replacement of subcontractors, and personnel changes. Further adjustments may involve the extension of deadlines for reports and deliverables, modification of the Gantt chart through personnel and resource reallocation, and the reallocation of resources or savings resulting from unused working days (e.g., due to low mobilization, unneeded resources, delayed contract signing) or the redistribution of working days to align with design/execution progress. An extension of the service period is possible in cases of extended design, execution, or warranty phases, to correlate with construction progress, contractor delays, suspension or termination of the design and execution contract, new traffic regulations, additional works, poor contractor mobilization, the use of implementation reserves, resource reallocation, or risks in obtaining permits; further items as per the tender documents.
