Support Contract TETRA/Trunked Radio Terminal System
Services for the operation of a TETRA radio terminal system: framework agreement for a maximum of 8 years for an existing TETRA radio terminal system from Hagedorn Informationstechnik GmbH (connected to the FBB's TETRA trunked radio system) already in use at FBB, including manufacturer-side 3rd-level support and on-demand procurement of supplies and services to ensure proper system operation. Includes restoration and maintenance of operational readiness, provision of new program versions, hotline, on-call service, and on-site services. Specific services: 3rd-level support for complex malfunctions and system failures, delivery of radio terminals, accessories, and central server technology, on-demand project, specialist, and technician services, optional on-demand IT security services (e.g., patch and vulnerability management). Estimated quantities are to be taken from document EA-2026-0121_Schätzmengen_Leistung. The maximum quantity equals the estimated quantity +10%.
