Support, maintenance, and development contract for the web-based geoinformation system ImmoGIS of the State Enterprise for Real Estate Management and Public Property (LIG) of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg: comprehensive support for the custom software ImmoGIS, including 3rd-level support, maintenance and care (bug fixing, updates, patches), and continuous further development and adaptation to new functional and technical requirements. The contractor provides its own support and development environments and collaborates closely with LIG and the IT service provider Dataport. Service calls are based on actual need, with no minimum purchase obligation. The maximum call-off value is 150% of the awarded contract value; upon reaching this maximum, the client is entitled to terminate the contract without notice.
