Support services for 156 CPU licenses and consultation services of a maximum of 36 hours and a minimum of 12 hours. The contract duration extends from the date of conclusion until the end of the 36-month support period for the licenses specified in point 1.1. Support for 106 CPU licenses is provided for a period of 36 months from the contract conclusion, but not before March 24, 2027. Support for 50 CPU licenses commences not before August 26, 2028, and is executed until the end of the support period mentioned in point 1.2.
