Monitoring, Operation, and Management of Paid Parking for the City of Villeurbanne

Management of paid parking for the City of Villeurbanne: extension of parking from 8,000 spaces in 2026 to 13,000 spaces by the end of 2031, modernization of organizational modalities including new tariffs, zoning extensions, and LAPI control. The service provider shall support the implementation of these developments across four main axes: high-performing user service with digital tools and human contact, efficient tools and processes for daily parking policy implementation, efficient control of paid parking, and a parking observatory for strategy adjustment. An optional additional service (PSE) includes the management of barrier opening for the Verlaine car park (238 spaces) and the bus zone of Parc de la France libre.
