B/W Workplace Printers for BA Offices and Job Centers

Supply of B/W workplace printers: Framework agreement for the purchase and supply of B/W workplace printers for all BA offices and Job Centers. The devices are intended as USB workplace printers or network printers for small workgroups with low print volumes. Included are the supply of pre-configured B/W workplace printers including power cables and initial consumables, the supply of consumables and wear parts, the return of transport and packaging material as well as consumable residues, service and support, and claims for defects. An optional service is the supply of additional paper cassettes (without call-off obligation). The minimum purchase quantity for printers is 10,000 units. The estimated purchase quantity, including the minimum purchase quantity, is 30,000 units without any purchase obligation beyond the minimum quantity. The maximum quantity for this procurement is 30,000 workplace printers.
