Implementation of the System for Processing Subsidies and Refunds SODiR 3.0: functional analysis, system construction including data migration from SODiR 2.0 and PAWOR, implementation workshops, production launch and stabilization, creation of post-implementation documentation. Technical assistance and maintenance for the SODiR 3.0 system as a basic service and option; modifications and development for the SODiR 3.0 system as an option up to a maximum of 60,000 man-hours. Additionally, warranty and guarantee, transfer of proprietary copyrights and related rights, and provision of licenses are required. For certain ongoing support activities, employment of personnel under an employment contract is mandatory, excluding self-employed subcontractors. Further items as per the tender documents.
