The system consists of a transport container with a special superstructure and a tracked towing device with interchangeable accessories for handling different phases of an emergency, as detailed in the contract draft (Appendix No. 2) and the technical specification (Appendix No. 5) of the tender documents. The contract will be concluded with one supplier.
