System for Roster Creation for Shift Operations
System for roster creation: Development of a modern system for efficient, secure, and user-friendly shift planning in continuous operation. The system enables the creation of rosters covering all required shifts and data management according to the definitions in Annex No. 1 of Framework Agreement No. 104/2026/IS/190. The user interface provides easy and secure access to planning results from various devices, including private mobile phones and computers outside the environment of ŘLP ČR, s. p., while considering the existing organizational infrastructure. The system will be designed as a web application comprising three separate interfaces (Planner, My Roster, and ATS Panel), each intended for a different user group and providing functions from roster creation and management to daily activity planning in the ATS hall. System development and maintenance will be provided by the supplier for a system lifetime of 10 years.
