System for Parallel Microorganism Cultivation
System for parallel microorganism cultivation under strictly controlled conditions: a set of 4 bioreactors for cultivation under controlled conditions for mixing, oxygenation, temperature, and pH. The set includes vessels equipped with stirrers, gas diffusers (spargers) and their outlets, sensors for oxygen, pH, redox, temperature, and level/foam, ports for reagent supply and sample collection; control station(s) with gas supply and mixing systems (air, nitrogen, and CO2) and built-in pumps for reagents; a heating/cooling system; optionally, a control computer. The vessels have a working volume of at least 0.8 l and a maximum of 2.4 l (not exceeding 3.0 l). Control stations must include 4 built-in peristaltic pumps per bioreactor, with at least 3 having speed control. The operating temperature range is 10-60°C. Gas flow regulation is via MFC with a TDR not worse than 1:500. Performance ranges are: air min. 0.002-1 (not more than 1.1) VVM, N2 min. 0.002-1 (not more than 1.1) VVM, and CO2 min. 0.0001-0.05 (not more than 0.06) VVM (Vessel Volume per Minute). Other requirements include a CE certificate (in Polish), technical documentation and quality control documentation (in Polish or English), including MFC calibration certificates. The supplier must have adequate technical facilities and experience in assembly, commissioning, and servicing. The order includes delivery, installation, commissioning of the complete system, and training. The maximum service response time is 3 working days from notification. A 12-month warranty period is required. Device commissioning and testing are part of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2 to the tender documents, and the terms of the contract in Annex No. 7.
