Forest Fire Localization System

Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a system for automatic detection and localization of forest fires: The system includes long-range fire cameras on observation towers with accessories and equipment for an alarm and dispatch center (PAD) of the Forest District. It serves for continuous fire monitoring of forest areas. The cameras work with software for automatic fire detection. Image transmission to the PAD occurs via radio links in the unlicensed band. The transmission system is designed to allow future conversion from radio to fiber optic without replacing cameras, software, or active network devices (except end devices for fiber optic connection). The Baczków and Hysne towers will receive an Off-Grid power supply, and the PAD an UPS emergency power system. The power supply must meet the requirements of PN-EN 62040-5-3:2017-05 (UPS systems) or equivalent. The installation must meet the requirements of PN-EN 62446-1:2016-08 (Photovoltaic installations) or equivalent, PN-EN 62446-1:2016-08/A1:2019-01 (Testing of PV installations) or equivalent, PN-EN 62109-2:2011 (Safety of inverters) or equivalent, and PN-EN IEC 62619:2023-02 (Safety of lithium batteries) or equivalent. The contract includes dismantling the existing fire monitoring system, delivery and installation of 3 cameras for forest area observation on fire towers Baczków, Hysne, and Dąbrowa, delivery and installation of sprinklers with liquid tank for the cameras, delivery and installation of off-grid power on Baczków and Hysne towers (meeting PN-EN 62548, 62446, 62109, 62619 or equivalent), delivery and installation of an alarm system and anti-burglary cameras on the fire towers, delivery and installation of radio links for connections: Baczków tower – Hysne tower (5 GHz band), Hysne tower – Dąbrowa tower (5 GHz band), Dąbrowa tower – Church (60 GHz band with 5 GHz backup), Church – Forest District building (60 GHz band with 5 GHz backup), Baczków tower – Dąbrowa tower (5 GHz band, redundant connection), delivery and installation of devices for 5G/LTE backup connectivity, delivery and installation of PAD equipment: 3 TVs for fire camera image observation, a computer with two monitors, a control panel, an UPS emergency power system (meeting PN-EN 62040 or equivalent), delivery, installation, and commissioning of an automatic smoke detection system, and system operation training.
