Awareness-Raising Campaign for Homokhát
Establishment of an information center: continuous operation 5 days a week, 8 hours daily, reception and comprehensive information for visitors. Requirements for the center: minimum 20 m² heated space, within 5 km of the new sorting plant, street-facing, with internet access, 43-inch TV, computer, telephone line. Rental costs and furnishing of the premises are borne by the contractor. During the awareness campaign, 1 environmental expert and 2 additional staff members are required for the continuous operation of the center. Creation, operation, and continuous content upload of a website: creation of a new website to popularize the project goal, uploading with initial content. Minimum requirements: image gallery of events and construction; event calendar; search engine optimized structure; search engine friendly; mobile-friendly URL; accessibility; statistical solution to track unique visitor numbers and filter repeated visits; direct access to media pages. Hosting and domain must be provided, the page needs to be updated 4 times monthly in English and Hungarian. A carbon footprint calculator must be integrated into the website. Website promotion: online advertising campaign with 5 different social media posts advertised for 3 months starting from the website's handover, on Facebook, with a maximum of 1,000 characters per post in Hungarian, illustrated with images. Creation, operation, and continuous content upload of social media pages: creation of new social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and uploading with initial content. In addition to continuous maintenance of social media pages, content creation and uploading are also part of the task: for Facebook and Instagram, 2 posts per week are to be created, and additionally 23 videos are to be posted. Planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns through media buying for the popularization of social media pages are also part of the task. YouTube: planning and execution of paid YouTube advertising campaigns through media buying, as well as operating a YouTube channel, quantity of published films: 23 pieces. Public opinion research and monitoring of awareness-raising through questionnaires: development of a set of questions, compilation and completion of questionnaires 2 times (in the 14 municipalities involved in the project, with 2x1,500 respondents, in digital and paper form), to assist public opinion research and monitoring, to assess the public's knowledge on the topic at the beginning and end of the project. Design and production of roll-ups: 5 pieces of roll-ups with different content for awareness-raising, design, production, and placement in schools and at events. Design and production of a mobile exhibition stand: minimum 18 m² floor area, with illustrative banners and equipment. Design and editing of an online educational publication for the public: creation of an awareness-raising online publication for households for distribution (A4 format, 6 pages, RGB color PDF). The development and graphic design of the publication are the responsibility of the contractor. Online publication for companies: creation of an online publication (A5 format, 8 pages, RGB color PDF) for companies on selective waste collection and awareness-raising. The content of the publication will be determined within focus groups organized by the contractor, involving representatives of any 50 companies operating in the target area. The involvement of the 50 companies must take place within 4 organized focus groups. The contractor must prepare a summary of the results. Lectures for the adult population: 14 lectures, each 1.5 hours long, with a total of 1,400 local participants. The preparation of the presentation and professional materials, which must contain 15 slides each, is the responsibility of the contractor. The lectures can take place outdoors with a mobile stage or in indoor venues, the rental costs of which are borne by the contractor. The contractor is responsible for providing equipment, technical staff, and 2 professional lecturers at the lecture venues. Design, production, and publication (also online) of educational material for mentors: graphic design, text creation, proofreading, print preparation, and print production of a brochure to support mentor training. The brochure (22 pages, A5 format) is to be produced in an edition of 100 printed copies. Additionally, 2 pages of A4 test questions and 1 page of A4 answer key are required. During the contract period, the material must be handed over in printed form to 40 mentors 1 time. The recruitment and coordination of mentors are the responsibility of the contractor. Organization and execution of a mentor program: conducting an environmental protection and awareness-raising training, after which participants are capable of passing on their knowledge and broadly disseminating the importance of awareness-raising. Within the mentor program, 2 lectures will take place over 2 days, each lasting 5 hours. For their implementation, a venue suitable for 40 people, equipped with sound and visual technology, must be provided.
