Fuel and Charging Cards for Vehicles

Supply of Fuel and Charging Cards: Provision of cards for all vehicles of the Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden (VRH), usable at all fuel stations and public charging points in the Netherlands. Billing is based on the price at the pump/charging station. The cards allow for per-card management of fuel types and additional services such as washing, oil, AdBlue, and parking. Central management of PINs, spending limits, and card blocking is required. Consumption data per refueling/charging session per vehicle must be digitally available for integration into a data warehouse. The scope depends on the tender offer, fuel price developments, and consumption.
