Gussasphalt Works at the Munich Olympic Stadium

Renovation of the Olympic Stadium in Munich in the area of mastic asphalt work II (Lot 054). The construction measure includes mastic asphalt screeds in the stadium building, mastic asphalt heating screed, insulation layers and waterproofing work. Key quantities include approx. 3,900 m² mastic asphalt heating screed, approx. 4,200 m² mastic asphalt screed and approx. 8,000 m² insulation layers. The work must be carried out under strict monument protection requirements and, from the 2028 season, partly in parallel with ongoing event operations. The mastic asphalt and screed work trade dominates the tender.

Managed service for the operation of the SWM IT SHDSL infrastructure for connecting decentralized technical sites (heat, cold, gas, water) via existing copper lines. The service includes the operation of the SHDSL components and the associated management system, a transition phase, regular operation (analysis, maintenance, fault processing via ticket system) and the creation of a technical monitoring concept. German-language support with defined service levels (24/7 for very critical faults) is required. The contract duration is initially 3 years (01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030) with an option to extend twice for 12 months each, up to a maximum of 31.12.2032.
