Framework Agreement for General and Architectural Design of Building Projects

General and architectural design and other expert services for public building projects of the City of Helsinki: Renovation, modernization, extension, and new construction projects for public buildings (education, social & health, culture & leisure, office and commercial buildings), with a focus on ecologically sustainable construction and circular economy. A framework agreement will be concluded with 10 suppliers. Order allocation follows a percentage distribution key based on the ranking of offers: Rank 1: 16-24%, Rank 2: 12-20%, Rank 3: 10-18%, Rank 4: 8-16%, Rank 5: 6-14%, Rank 6: 4-12%, Rank 7: 2-10%, Rank 8: 2-10%, Rank 9: 0-8%, Rank 10: 0-8%. The framework agreement duration is 2027-2029 with an option for 2029-2031. The estimated value excluding VAT is 5,000,000 EUR, with a maximum total value of 7,000,000 EUR.
