Technical Services for Gas and Electricity Infrastructure (Framework Agreement)

Technical engineering services for monitoring gas and electricity infrastructure projects: Execution of the technical monitoring role on behalf of Ireland for certifying expenditure for energy projects receiving funding under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), in accordance with Article 22 of Regulations (EU) No 1316/2013 and 2021/1153. The performance reporting system must ensure that data for monitoring the implementation and results of the CEF are suitable for an in-depth analysis of the progress achieved, including for climate tracking, and are collected efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner.
