Development of project documentation for adapting the basement areas of Primary School No. 4 in Suwałki, W. Polskiego 13, into an emergency shelter: The documentation includes a technical assessment of the object and its installations, an inventory of the protective object with technical and cost documentation for works not requiring a building permit or notification. For works requiring a building permit or notification, a technical assessment, an inventory, a geodesic duplicate, a construction project, and technical branch projects with specifications and cost estimates must be prepared. Also included is the valuation of the emergency shelter's equipment. The project must cover all trades and comply with Building Law, regulations on project documentation, technical specifications, cost estimation, and construction project scope, including fire protection, OHS, and environmental protection regulations. Necessary approvals from fire protection authorities and a sanitary expert are required. The documentation must allow for equivalent solutions in accordance with Art. 99, 100, 101 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
