Installation of technical gas and vacuum piping networks: approx. 5 pressure reducing stations for process gases, approx. 3 gas cylinder safety cabinets G90 including cylinder and pipe trace heating, approx. 270 m exhaust and safety blow-off lines, approx. 1,290 m pipelines for bulk gases and compressed air, approx. 120 m process gas lines, approx. 190 m extension of the vacuum piping network, approx. 160 shut-off valves (especially diaphragm valves and ball valves), approx. 3 VMB distributions with a total of 14 process gas outlets, 1 extension of the gas control center including control cabinet, field devices, cabling and programming, approx. 8 gas warning measuring points including flow monitoring and optical-acoustic alarming, dismantling of an existing vacuum pump, as well as commissioning including pressure, helium leak, humidity, and particle tests, documentation, and instruction. Performance start date is 2027-03-30, performance end date is 2027-07-19.
