Technical Building Equipment (ELT) for the extension of an office building in Industriepark Frankfurt-Höchst: Service period expected from late October 2026 to early June 2027, estimated start of execution 26.10.2026, final completion date 04.06.2027. Execution/assembly documents must be submitted by email and twice in paper form in a verified state to the client no later than 3 weeks after contract award. The requirements of the framework schedule (document bundle 03) must be observed. Minimum quality requirements must be met. A construction performance insurance must be taken out, with proof to be submitted by the start of construction (§ 14 para. 1 BVB – Unit Price Contract - Annex 04).
