Technical Supervision Services for Construction and Maintenance of Non-Residential Buildings
Technical supervision services for construction and maintenance works of non-residential buildings: The services concern buildings in the Kaunas city territory, where construction and maintenance works have a value exceeding 500,000 EUR net. Requirements are specified in Annex 7 of the special tender documents ("Draft Preliminary Agreement"). Services will be purchased as needed. A preliminary agreement will be concluded with up to 3 suppliers, forming the basis for main contracts for technical supervision services. Supplier selection for each specific task will occur via unrenewed or renewed competition. The preliminary quantity of services is detailed in Annex 2 ("Offer Form") of the special tender documents. Estimated work duration for objects up to 5 million EUR is up to 18 months, for objects up to 10 million EUR up to 24 months, and for objects over 10 million EUR up to 36 months.
