Technical and Material Services for Events in Tetuán District

Technical services for events in the Tetuán District: Installation and operation of sound, lighting, and image equipment, as well as other infrastructure for activities in cultural centers, municipal buildings, and outdoor areas. This includes the provision of equipment by the contractor if necessary, and the use of existing municipal equipment (see Annex I). Also included are basic maintenance and review work on municipal technical equipment and stage infrastructures (Annex I), comprising preventive and non-structural conservation tasks such as functional checks, inspection of connections and cabling, basic technical cleaning, and minor adjustments. Quarterly reports on the equipment's condition must be submitted to the Cultural Services and Community Leisure Unit. The contractor provides necessary materials, including replacement of damaged items during setup, execution, or dismantling. Furthermore, technical means and infrastructure for adapting municipal buildings and outdoor areas for various events (cultural activities, popular festivals, sports events, commemorations, public acts, official acts) are to be installed and operated. Material transport, loading, and unloading of both contractor-provided and district-provided material are also included; further items as per the tender documents.
