Technical assistance for the Balearic Port Authority: Support for the maturation of its corporate BIM methodology implementation process and the advancement of BIM development levels as defined in the Public Procurement BIM Plan approved by the Spanish Council of Ministers on June 27, 2023. Lot 1 includes technical assistance for the supervision of BIM contracts, analysis and maturation of the APB's BIM methodology, and the drafting, layout, and publication of the APB's BIM manual and guide. Lot 2 includes technical assistance for the design and execution of a BIM training program.
