Partial demolition and site setup for the child and adolescent psychiatry building at the Bad Salzuflen site of Klinikum Lippe GmbH: nearly complete demolition of the existing building to prepare for an adjacent new construction. The overall construction project is executed in two phases; demolition of the existing building including safety measures for the DRK building in the first phase, new construction in the second phase. The site setup is established at the beginning and remains throughout both construction phases.
