Partial Renovation of Operational and Safety Technology, Radio System, and Lighting for Arlberg, Langen, and Dalaas Tunnels

Modernization of essential operational and safety technology components: energy supply including medium-voltage systems, renewal of interior and entrance lighting, renewal of video systems, replacement of jet fans, renovation and expansion of the radio system. Additionally, further renovation and maintenance measures will be carried out on existing systems. The renovation work is planned for 2027 and 2028 and will be executed while maintaining traffic flow using portal regulations and mobile construction sites. In addition to the Arlberg Tunnel, the Langen and Dalaas tunnel systems will be renovated: Langen Tunnel includes the renewal of the radio system and entrance lighting (retrofit); Dalaas Tunnel includes the renewal of the radio system and the entrance and interior lighting.
