The basic order includes the delivery, implementation, and migration of the system for 11 courts (SO Krosno, SR Krosno, SR Brzozów, SR Lesko, SR Sanok, SR Jasło, SO Przemyśl, SR Przeworsk, SR Lubaczów, SR Jarosław, SR Przemyśl). Optional services include Package I: a portal for social curators and entities for 9 courts (SR Krosno, SR Brzozów, SR Lesko, SR Sanok, SR Jasło, SR Przeworsk, SR Lubaczów, SR Jarosław, SR Przemyśl), and Package II: delivery, implementation, and data migration of the system for curator office administration including a portal for social curators for 13 courts (SO Rzeszów, SR Łańcut, SR Leżajsk, SR Dębica, SR Ropczyce, SR Strzyżów, SR Rzeszów, SO Tarnobrzeg, SR Tarnobrzeg, SR Mielec, SR Kolbuszowa, SR Nisko, SR Stalowa Wola). The service also includes system maintenance, perpetual and non-exclusive licenses without user limits, configuration, data analysis and migration from existing systems, data quality verification, system launch, user training, warranty and post-implementation support, electronic user documentation, and post-implementation documentation. Excluded are ICT products, services, or processes that, according to recommendations of the national cybersecurity system, have a negative impact on state security or originate from suppliers classified as high-risk.
