4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja Inwestycji pod nazwą: Termomodernizacja gminnych wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych w Łodzi etap II – 5 części 4.2. Szczegółowe opisy przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w Załącznikach nr 1a, 1 b, 1c, 1d i 1e do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ (jeden wzór dla wszystkich części postępowania). 4.5. Wykonawca może złożyć oferty na dowolnie wybraną/ wybrane części zamówienia. 6.1. Zamówienie należy zrealizować w ciągu: 6.1.1. Część 1: Termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego w Łodzi, ul. Piramowicza 8 - 24 miesiące od dnia zawarcia umowy;
