Terrace Renovation for the Nordic Pavilion in Venice

Terrace renovation of the Nordic Pavilion in Venice: Fixing infiltration issues of the storage spaces at the back of the building. This mainly includes fixing the waterproofing on the terrace area and stairs, changing the tiling on the same area, removing the tiles on top of the wall, and fixing the concrete wall top. The service concerns only the execution of the works, without design responsibility. The total value of all options shall not exceed 15 % of the estimated contract value of the original procurement. The contract will be awarded to one contractor. Participation in the mandatory site visit at the Nordic Pavilion, Venice, on September 16th-17th, 2026, is a condition for tender acceptance.
