Textile Flooring for Extension and Renovation of Kreishaus Ratzeburg

Installation of textile flooring for the extension and renovation of the Kreishaus in Ratzeburg. The extension is a new building with 4 full floors and a setback floor, approx. 6,200 m² gross floor area (GFA), of which approx. 1,000 m² GFA is underground parking, constructed in solid reinforced concrete with a brick veneer facade, wood-aluminium windows, aluminium facades, and flat roofs with extensive greening. Connection to the existing building is via the underground parking areas and as bridges on the 1st and 2nd upper floors. The complete renovation of the listed existing building from 1980 includes 2 basement floors, 2-3 full floors and an attic, approx. 21,350 m² GFA, of which approx. 6,000 m² is underground parking, constructed in solid reinforced concrete with a brick veneer facade, aluminium windows and facades, and a timber hip roof with tile covering.
