Technical Building Equipment Planning for New Fire Station Knippelsdorf

Planning services for the new construction and partial conversion of a fire station in Knippelsdorf: Technical Building Equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) according to service phase 2. The new building includes a vehicle hall, offices, storage rooms, changing rooms, and sanitary areas on a floor area of 268.80 m². The existing building, a former grocery store, will be partially demolished, and the remaining part converted into common rooms, a community room with a kitchenette, an office, and a utility room. The planning considers the 'Guideline for Safety in Fire Stations' of the German Social Accident Insurance and is based on the approval planning from 2024.
