Technical Building Services Planning for Heiderhof Primary School
Planning services for Technical Building Services: New construction and renovation of Heiderhof Primary School (three-stream, 300 students). The project includes the construction of a new sports hall with a gymnastics room, the demolition of the existing sports hall (Building D), the new construction of a canteen, and extensive renovation and energy-efficient refurbishment measures for building sections A and B. Services comprise basic services and, if applicable, special services for service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI for plant groups 1 to 8 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI, divided into two lots. Commissioning will be phased, with no legal claim to the transfer of all services.
