Artistic-spatial design of the exhibition „Old Nation – Young State“ Comprehensive realization of the exhibition „Starý národ – Mladý štát“: design refinement to implementation level (architectural-scenographic solution, detailed drawings of all exhibition elements, graphic design, print materials, detailed design of audiovisual and interactive elements, bills of quantities and specifications for production and assembly); production and delivery of furniture and scenographic elements (carpentry and metal constructions, surface finishing, display cases, pedestals, plinths, props, replicas, facsimiles, spatial representation of historical figures); graphic design, DTP, and printing (information and text panels, wall graphics, maps, pictograms, printed materials for interactive stations, installation of graphic elements); creation and delivery of audiovisual and interactive content (audiovisual programs, characters, interactive software, UX, AR/VR elements, language versions and subtitles in SK, EN, DE); delivery and integration of AV/IT hardware (displays, touchscreens, projectors, speakers, sensors, players, media servers, IT components, network elements, control and server solutions, lighting technology including control, sound systems); lighting, sound, electrical, and network services within the exhibition (electrical installations, connections to existing networks, wiring within exhibition elements, measurement, testing, commissioning); assembly, integration, testing, and commissioning (transport of all elements, installation of furniture, display cases, scenography, AV/IT equipment, physical integration of analog and digital elements, functional testing, trial operation, defect rectification, basic operator training, handover of operational documentation); author's supervision and project management (supervision of exhibition realization, project management and coordination of trades). Excluded are building modifications such as interventions in structural and non-structural building elements, static adjustments, modifications to ventilation, heating, and cooling (except for elements integrated directly into exhibition components), new building electrical installations and modifications outside the exhibition area, and any construction work not related to the assembly and installation of exhibition elements. The estimated value of the subsequent contract is 1,297,500.00 EUR without VAT, with total estimated costs including competition prizes of 1,307,500.00 EUR without VAT.
