Civil engineering and road construction, square design: traffic safety, evidence preservation, and safety coordination; construction of a firefighting water tank including approx. 500 m³ soil excavation, delivery and installation of a precast concrete tank (100 m³), approx. 170 m³ pit backfill; road construction and square design including approx. 1,500 m³ excavation of soil and unbound sub-bases, creation of approx. 900 m³ unbound sub-bases and approx. 1,200 m² gravel sub-base, approx. 1,200 m² asphalt paving, approx. 400 m² concrete paving (20/10/8 cm), approx. 1,100 m² multi-stone system concrete paving, approx. 60 m² natural stone paving, 23 units of street drains including sewer connection, approx. 500 m granite curbs, 32 m bus stop curbs, approx. 20 m² tactile paving, and open space furnishings; civil engineering for street lighting including approx. 350 m profile trenches and 17 units of mast sleeve foundations; drinking water supply including 295 m³ earth excavation for main line and house connections, 125 m HDPE d 90x8.2 SDR11 drinking water pipeline, 45 m HDPE d 32x3.0 SDR11 drinking water pipeline, and 145 m² road construction (asphalt) for main line and house connections; combined sewer including 825 m³ earth excavation for main line and house connections, 175 m combined sewer DN 250 PP, 26 m combined sewer DN 200 PP, 300 m house connection line DN 160 PP, 6 units of manholes DN 1000, and 250 m² road construction (asphalt) for main line and house connections; additionally, road restoration outside the overall measure.
