Civil Engineering and Traffic Facilities for the New Bargteheide Fire Station

Civil engineering and pipeline works, as well as outdoor and landscape works for the construction of a new fire station in Bargteheide: Earthworks for soil exchange and terrain profiling (excavation approx. 1,800 m³, backfill approx. 6,600 m³), topsoil removal (approx. 5,450 m³), construction of excavation pits for drainage systems with open dewatering, laying of storm and wastewater pipes including manholes (approx. 550 m), installation of drainage pipes including manholes (approx. 240 m), laying of main pipes under the building slab (approx. 220 m), construction of a rainwater retention basin, creation of paved areas in unbound construction with concrete paving stones (total approx. 4,400 m²), installation of a grease and a coalescing separator. Certification as a specialized company according to WHG in conjunction with § 62 AwSV is required for the installation of separators. Bidders must meet the requirements of quality assurance for sewer construction RAL-GZ 961 for assessment group AK3.
