Civil engineering works for temporary school for renovation and expansion of OGGS Overath

Civil engineering works: Site setup and clearance, tree protection up to 50 cm, installation, maintenance, and removal of construction fences for the establishment and dismantling of the interim school, delivery, assembly, and maintenance of 2-leaf gates (W=6m) for the container facility and interim school. This includes static proofs, plate load tests, Proctor tests, main line planning for wastewater and rainwater connection points, condition and function checks of main lines and inspection shafts. Furthermore, the upgrade of the existing meter cabinet, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of lockable metal construction power distributors with pipe frames for outdoor use, laying, connection, and removal of power cables, system maintenance, delivery, laying, and removal of fiber optic cables and CAT 7 duplex cables, as well as the establishment of water supply for the container facility. Creation of trenching (depth > 0.80 m for water pipe, depth > 0.60 m for power cable) with lateral storage, layer-by-layer installation and compaction, line removal, core drilling 150-200 mm with multi-utility penetration, removal, cleaning, lateral storage, and reinstallation of paved areas, pipe trench and shaft excavation including shoring and backfilling, excavation loading, transport, and disposal. Delivery and installation of articulated sewer pipes, manhole bases DN 100 with DN 150 connection according to new DIN, manhole rings 1m and 0.75m DN 1000 according to new DIN with steps, manhole cones 0.65 m DN 1000 according to new DIN, concrete leveling rings DN 625 (10 cm / 8 cm / 6 cm), cast iron covers class D 400 round with ventilation. Delivery, layer-by-layer installation, and compaction of fill soil and frost protection gravel, establishment, operation, and dismantling of wastewater/rainwater main lines, creation of container setup areas STS Bk0.3 DPr1, creation of hydraulic soil stabilization or soil improvement, loading, transport, and recycling of gravel, removal, transport, and recycling of hydraulically bound gravel layer. Site setup for the creation and dismantling of a temporary parking area, barricading of work areas, surveying, elevation recording, and determination of target elevations, removal, loading, transport, and disposal of topsoil (d = approx. 20 cm), preparation, profiling, and compaction of the subgrade, delivery and laying of geotextile GRK 4 as a separation layer, creation of a gravel base layer 0/32 or 0/45 (d = approx. 20 cm), creation of edges, connections, and ramps, soil replacement at soft spots. Removal, loading, transport, and recycling of the gravel base layer of the temporary parking area, removal, loading, transport, and disposal of geotextile, loosening, profiling, and preparation of the subsurface after dismantling, delivery and covering of topsoil (d = approx. 20 cm), fine grading and lawn seeding, completion care for the lawn area. Provision of skilled workers and construction helpers; further items as per the tender documents.
