Operation and Development of Hydrocarbon Facilities for Paris-Orly Airport

Operation, maintenance, renewal, and development of hydrocarbon reception and distribution facilities and oleo networks for Paris-Orly Airport: The concessionaire operates, maintains, renews, and develops these facilities and equipment at their own risk. Aéroports de Paris provides the reception and dispatch installations and the oleo networks; the concessionaire is responsible for the project management of works on these facilities. The concession duration is 17 years and 3 months, starting January 1, 2028, with a possibility of extension. Financing is through revenues from the operation of the equipment and installations, paid by oil companies distributing aviation fuels to airlines operating at Paris-Orly; the concessionaire bears the economic risk. A mandatory option includes the development of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). A detailed technical specification is included in the tender documents; complete tender documents are provided after signing a confidentiality agreement.
