Carpentry work for the renovation of structural-technical infrastructure

Notice title: Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: Tischlerarbeiten

Carpentry work: cabinet modifications, wall claddings, and free-swing door closers. This includes the dismantling of approximately 20 wooden door elements, new installation of approximately 23 wooden doors (VD and T30-RS, single-leaf), installation of approximately 285 free-swing door closers with hold-open devices, dismantling and reinstallation of approximately 250 m² of adapted wooden wall claddings, dismantling/reinstallation and new installation of approximately 500 m² of wooden cabinet claddings, and dismantling/reinstallation of approximately 75 m² of wooden office cabinets. The tender includes maintenance services. Execution is to commence within 12 working days after the client's request (expected by 17.12.2026). Completion is to be achieved within 390 working days after the start of execution (5 working days/week).
