Carpentry work for the expansion and renovation of the AOK Hessen Education Center in Homberg (Ohm): Supply and installation of 35 HPL doors, 33 glass partition doors, 1 folding wall, 2 wood-glass doors, and 3 automatic doors; dismantling of 6 mobile walls. The project includes the new construction of a Project and Innovation Center (P-I-C), a transition building, and the expansion and renovation of the existing BTA building. Static reinforcements, gutting, demolition, and dismantling work are required. Operations in the upper floors of the existing building will continue during construction, and technical building equipment and the fire alarm system will remain operational. Special requirements for coordination, fire protection, and the functionality of escape and rescue route doors must be observed. Further items as per the tender documents.
