Carpentry work for doors and partition walls at the Homberg/Ohm education center

Carpentry work for doors and partition walls: Supply and installation of 35 HPL doors, 33 glass partition doors, 1 folding wall, 2 wooden glass doors, and 3 automatic doors. The contract also includes the dismantling of 6 mobile walls. The work is part of the expansion of the AOK education center in Homberg/Ohm, including a new building (P-I-C) and a transition structure connecting to the existing BTA building. Static reinforcement measures, gutting, dismantling, and demolition work in the existing BTA building (basement and ground floor) must be considered. Operations in the upper floors (first and attic floors) of the BTA will continue throughout the construction period. Special requirements for coordination, fire protection, and the function of escape and rescue route doors must be observed. Technical building equipment and the fire alarm system will remain continuously operational. further items as per the tender documents.
