Sound Reproduction System for Tapiolasal 2026
Procurement of a sound reproduction system (PA) for Tapiolasal in the Espoo Cultural Centre: delivery, ready-to-use installation of equipment, system tuning, commissioning, and documentation. A mandatory site visit is a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Site visits will take place on 4.9.2026 from 12:00–14:00 and on 9.9.2026 from 10:00–12:00 at Tapiolasal (Kulttuuriaukio 2, 02100 Espoo); participation must be reported by email to Salomon.Osterlund@espoo.fi no later than the day before the visit. The estimated total value excluding VAT is 700,000 €. The contract is not divided into lots, as the system forms a technical and functional unit, and overall responsibility for warranty and maintenance from one supplier is required.
