General contractor services for the design and construction of Ny Lindely Nursing Home: new construction of a nursing home building with 80 general nursing homes and associated service areas at Sankt Lukas Vej 7A-7C in Gentofte. The new building section comprises approx. 7,700 m² across 5 floors and will be connected to the existing Ny Lindely nursing home at Sankt Lukas Vej 9A via a connecting corridor on all building floors. The task includes both new construction and targeted renovations in the existing building, including connection, fire safety adaptation, and establishment of a new heating plant for the supply of the entire complex. The building features a ground floor with arrival, operational, and resident functions, as well as residential floors arranged around a core of common lounge, dining, and service areas. The general contractor is responsible for both design and execution based on the client's functional requirements, preliminary design, and applicable local plan. The construction will be carried out as general nursing home construction within the applicable maximum amount and must meet the client's requirements for architectural quality, functionality, and sustainability.
