Construction of the structural framework and sealed building envelope: 12,300 m³ gross volume (BRI), including scaffolding work (2,100 m²), carpentry and timber construction, roof sealing and plumbing work (1,200 m²), supply and installation of approx. 100 windows, sun protection, and skylights. Furthermore, the services include demolition work (870 m³ gross volume), earthworks (excavation pit 1,270 m³), shell construction and concrete work (floor slab 1,430 m²), and steel construction.
