Structural Engineering for the Partial New Construction of Staatliche Berufsschule Mindelheim
Structural engineering services according to §§ 49 ff HOAI 2021, service phases 1-6, with phased commissioning. Potentially, various special services will also be commissioned. The partial new construction of the Staatliche Berufsschule Mindelheim at Luxenhoferstraße includes an additional space requirement of 5,663 m². Contract award and project start are scheduled for early January 2027, with funding and building permit applications to be submitted in spring/summer 2028. Construction is planned to begin in spring 2029, with completion and commissioning by the end of 2031.
