Structural engineering services for general renovation of Johanneskirchen School Campus

Structural engineering services for the general renovation and a replacement new building at the Johanneskirchen School Campus, Musenbergstraße 38, 81929 Munich. The complex of buildings from 1986 to 1990, comprising four school buildings (primary and secondary school, specialized rooms, full-day care, seminar rooms, assembly hall, pedagogical-audiological counseling center, gym, and swimming pool), will undergo general renovation. Interim buildings are planned for the primary and secondary school and the gym during the construction phases. The project is divided into two construction sections. The general renovation of the school buildings and the gym and swimming pool (FÖZ 1+2) includes a room program of approximately 3,710 m² usable area (NUF 1-7) and approx. 6,000 m² gross floor area for the support centers, as well as 1,680 m² usable area (NUF 1-7) and approx. 3,600 m² gross floor area for the gym and swimming pool. The replacement new building for Förderzentrum 3, which is to comprise approximately 1,200 m² usable area, will house the pedagogical-audiological counseling center, full-day care, and home economics rooms, with the technical center in the basement needing to be preserved. The interim buildings will accommodate the primary and secondary school and the PAB during the first construction phase of the general renovation of Förderzentren 1, 2, and 3; further items as per the tender documents.
