Structural engineering for the Beuthener Straße Primary School in Hannover: The 4-stream school will undergo fundamental renovation after fire damage and be extended in the fire-affected area to include an assembly hall, sanitary facilities, all-day care, and a single-field sports hall. The project will be realized in a single construction phase, as the school is fully relocated during the construction period. The gross floor area (GFA) of the areas to be renovated and extended is approximately 6,360 m². The building is a listed monument. The estimated total investment volume is around 40 million gross (cost groups 200 to 700). The existing structural engineering planning up to and including service phase 2 (LP2) is to be adopted and continued and completed in the outstanding service phases from LP3 onwards. Commissioning will be carried out in stages, with uncommissioned phases subject to a suspensive condition. The client reserves the right to limit commissioning to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction measure. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases. For planners based in Germany, HOAI 2021 is applicable.
