Structural Engineering for New Psychology Institute Building

Structural engineering services according to § 51 HOAI 2021 for a new psychology institute building at Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen: Construction of a building with approximately 4,000 m² gross floor area (GFA) and up to four full stories without a basement for research and teaching. The building includes physiopsychological laboratories, rooms for large medical equipment such as MRI and EEG cabins, and office space for 11 professorships and their working groups. Flexible workspaces are planned for approximately 100 scientists, technical and administrative staff, and M.Sc./B.Sc. students. The cost ceiling for cost groups 300+400 is 21,030,000 Euro gross. Planned construction start is Q3 2029.
