Structural Engineering for General Renovation and Expansion of a Primary School

Structural engineering services according to §51 HOAI, service phases 1-6 and 8 (special services): General renovation and expansion of a full-day, 5-stream primary school with a double sports hall, canteen, THV apartment, children's house 2-4-0, and outdoor play areas at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich. The listed school building (built 1901-1903) requires consideration of war-related reconstruction measures, water damage, alterations, changes of use, pollutant contamination, and fire protection deficiencies. The existing gross floor area (GFA) is approximately 9,200 m² (ground floor-3rd floor) and approximately 14,000 m² (basement-attic). The new construction GFA (basement-2nd floor) is approximately 3,500 m² (feasibility study). A three-story timber module pavilion on the school premises is not part of the contract and serves as temporary accommodation for the primary school. The organization of the relocation of the children's house is not part of the planning. A detailed task description is available as a separate attachment.
