Planning services for structural engineering and building physics/energy consulting for the expansion and renovation of Nibelungenschule Alzey: Structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI, service phases 1-6, including earthquake safety calculation as per DIN EN 1998 (Eurocode 8) and DIN 4149; reinforcement inspection service phase 8 as a special service. Building physics/energy consulting according to service phases 1-8 (Annex 1 Sec. 1 1.2.1 HOAI). The expansion and renovation must be planned and executed as a climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) meeting Efficiency House 55 standards, observing the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energy Heat Act (EEWärmeG) for public non-residential buildings. Services are to be coordinated immediately with the object planner after contract award and executed promptly.
