Structural engineering and earthquake safety: Basic structural engineering services for buildings and associated structures according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6, special services according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 8-9. Consulting services on the safety of federal properties abroad against seismic effects, including clarification of fundamental questions regarding earthquake safety of buildings and technical installations, calculation of response spectra for assessing earthquake safety of buildings using suitable modeling methods (incl. ESHM 2020 hazard model), integration of technical installations in buildings concerning earthquake safety, expert opinions for interim and new leases, advice on existing local and German expert opinions regarding earthquake safety, and inspection of buildings and technical installations if existing documents do not allow a reliable assessment.
