Transformation Planning for Schwerin District Heating Network
General coordination of specialist planners: Creation of a grant-compliant transformation plan for the decarbonization of the district heating network of Stadtwerke Schwerin GmbH (SWS) within the framework of the Federal Funding for Efficient Heating Networks Module 1. This includes coordinating specialist planners regarding deadlines, content, and services, participating in working groups and project teams, and supporting the creation and final editing of the transformation plan. Specialist reports to be coordinated for heat generation from waste heat, wastewater, geothermal energy, surface waters, and large heat storage facilities will be tendered separately in August 2026.
